Dried Mint

Dried Mint is used to add flavour to savoury recipes, desserts and refreshing hot or cold drinks.

Try adding dried mint to curries, casseroles and stews or using them as a rub for racks of lamb. Dried mint is also great for making your own tangy mint sauce or raita if you do not have fresh mint to hand.
