The aesthetics of the w222 Focal family are designed to enhance without necessarily being noticed and to be appreciated by those who do notice them. The balanced fusion of a square and a circle creates a shape that is architectonic and functional, yet still warm and human.
Designed by renowned British architect David Chipperfield, 2023 Laureate of The Pritzker Architecture Prize, in recognition of a lifetimes work.
The w222 Focal family includes a pendant, wall, and ceiling mounted light.
Now also available in a tumbled raw aluminium finish, with no added coatings or protective treatments. This allows for resource-efficient production, easier recycling, and a graceful ageing process.
