Victory High Carbon 15cm Skinning. These knives are widely used for slaughter and skinning of Beef and Lamb.

These knives are made in New Zealand from quality high carbon Japanese steel.

Important/Cleaning– Carbon Steel blades should be hand washed and thoroughly dried and oiled (we recommend vegetable oil) after use to prevent rusting. Carbon Steel blades should not be cleaned using a dishwasher. Victory Carbon Steel knives come with an epoxy coating, to remove this, wash with a solvent.
