Victorinox Grand Matre Santoku Forged – Black Handle

The Santoku is the Japanese take on the general purpose kitchen. It excels at slicing, dicing and mincing; but its biggest talent is being multi-talented and its true specialty is doing everything well. With its special shape and excellent balance, you’ll find the Santoku to be a true all-rounder that’s a joy to use day in and day out.

This Victorinox Grand Matre has an ergonomic handle and forged 17cm blade – and is quite simply, one of the most brilliant knives you’ll ever hold in your hand.
