Utility Spoon – Shiso Green

So there is a sneaky secret weapon youll find in the kit of nearly every chef, and its a big bowled stainless spoon. You can use this for nearly everything: mixing, stirring, scooping, tasting, and plating. It is the best to taste test food from (way better than nylon, silicone, or wood) and it’s large bowl can take on a myriad of tasks.

We took the classic chef fave and added silicone handle so it can rest on the edge of pots and stay cool. It may not look like much at first, but this could just become your favorite tool in your kitchen.

A medium-bodied evergreen hue inspired by the aromatic herb, Shiso Green features a two-tone accent of soft mint green.
