\nOlympia Coffee Roasters began as a wholesale roaster in 2005, living by a philosophy built on improving the quality of life for coffee farmers, their staff and their customers. Founders Sam and Oliver believe todays coffee has the potential to be better than any time in history mostly due to improved relationships and communication through the coffee chain. This communication allows Olympia to develop coffees of the upmost quality and flavor.
