Born and raised in Stockholm, Louise Liljencrantzs understated aesthetic pays homage to her Scandinavian heritage. Her love of strong lines and warm textures is displayed in Margas, which sees a solid curved frame covered in luxurious upholstery.
Margas includes the LC1 lounge chair with sturdy wooden legs, LC2 with a swivel base, the LC3 or LC4 sofa and the recently added LC5 Pouf.
The whole Margas collection is available in ‘Designers Choice Upholstery’ selections with shorter lead times – Karakorum 001 (boucl) and Kvadrat Clay 011 (linen cotton blend). Alternatively made to order in a wide choice of fabric types and colours – see a list below.
Materials
The frame is made from solid beech and plywood and subsequently covered in HR foam and polyester wadding. Removable covers.
