This new version imperia 150mm (6″) pasta maker and gnocchi maker gives you the choice of making fresh cavatelli, gnocchetti, gnocchi sardi, and rigatelli pasta. Included with this machine is the 1.6 mm spaghetti cutters, 6 mm fettuccini cutters and the stainless steel feed hopper. Imperia’s removeable cutting head and adjustable knob with 6 numbered thickness settings. Optional attachments are available you can add at bottom of screen. A solid steel table clamp, instructions and imperia’s recipe book included.
