Founded by Fran Bigelow in 1982, Frans has earned a loyal following and received numerous awards across the fine food industry, most notably for their trendsetting salted caramels and their commitment to sustainability and fair-trade practices. A true family business, Frans daughter Andrina now serves as CEO while her son Dylan heads production.
