Bench Scraper – Shiso Green

Long a favorite of bakers, the bench scraper is super versatile and handy tool to have in your kitchen tool drawer: use it to cut dough, chop up soft chocolate, portion out ingredients, and clean up your station. We designed our bench scraper (a.k.a. dough scraper) to be the perfect size for everyday use, with a comfy grip and signature H&B color options.

A medium-bodied evergreen hue inspired by the aromatic herb, Shiso Green features a two-tone accent of soft mint green.
